went to buy another gundam model kit last evening...

"With a massive height of 50cm and a wingspan of 60cm, you get a lot of bang for your yen with this new version of the Strike Freedom!

At its base, this is a regular snap-together plastic Gundam kit; all the parts are molded in colour, and you will need no paint or glue for assembly. Foil stickers and clear Gundam stickers are included for detail.

The only thing that makes this kit different from any other 1/60 scale kit is the lighting throughout! Dozens of translucent yellow and blue parts are included, as well as lighting contacts, light bulbs, and a diode. The lighting starts at the included display base, and the wiring is integral to the building of the kit itself; simple pictorial instructions will get you through the construction with a little patience (and perhaps the experience of having built a fairly complex Gundam kit before).

1 CR1220 and 3 AA batteries are required, but not included. A teeny scale (non-painted) model of Kira Yamato is included; and all of the Strike Freedom Gundam's weaponry is included -- the Dragoon, rail guns, beam sabres, beam rifles, and a beam shield (though unfortunately these don't light up). the gundam guru- my honey, splurge hundreds on another gundam (perfect grade) yesterday. months ago, i chanced upon this exact figurine online and had wanted to surprise him with it. yet things were easier said than done, i couldn't seem to find it anywhere... i was told later that it was a limited edition which well explains the scarcity... how cool...

anyway, i've finally come to terms with his extravagant hobby... perhaps this is exactly why men are from mars and women are from venus... while we are obsessed and eager to splurge on our looks and designer labels, our counterparts are more interested in automobiles, playstations, animes and cool toys like transformers and gundams...

i guess that's our difference... we simply have to live with it, and fall in love with it...

i'm removing my chatterbox because some brute left an appalling shout-out, a disgusting statement which i find extremely difficult to digest. *wrinkles nose with contempt* apparently, some dude fellow (IP: 70.232.110)  thought it would be funny to leave a shout-out like this:

to be honest, winnie ain't no saint... as a matter of fact, i am somebody with a low threshold for such infantile acts... and this is exactly why this sickened message had propelled me to remove the chatterbox... not because i'm afraid of him but simply because i'm too annoyed to read anymore of such messages...

immediately after this disgusting shout-out, there were 2 other shout-outs with 2 entirely different names...

<Jack>: Ignore dude. He's my dumbass cousin who won't go home. Sorry for the inconvinence. Dude is being beaten up at the moment.

however, i come to realise that they all share the same I.P... the trio are either living together or the psychopath is somebody with split personalities... anyhow, i do really hope that the dude fellow will rot in hell for eternity...

upon reading these infuriating messages, i had several names conjured up in my mind... some whom i thought might be responsible for this ludicrous act... i thought i might have unknowingly angered some of my friends because i had rejected some dates after being attached to beloved andy... i was being responsible for the feelings of my boyfriend, i don't think i was wrong in any way...

but then again, on second thought, i believe that no friends of mine would have stooped so low... i trust that all my friends are humans with integrity... definitely not some imbecilic beast who uses pseudo names to leave atrocious messages in other's webbies...

i am a normal girl, leading a normal life, trying to maintain an ordinary blog. i am not a famous blogger like xiaxue, daphne teo or dawn yeo... i do not have a flair for writing comparable to them, nor have the desire to be like them... i do not write about controversial issues like sarongpartygirl, neither do i feel a need to garner such unwanted attention. all i ever needed is a little space to blog out my thoughts, some incoherent thoughts that may seem insignificant to others...

yet, along the way, i have incurred the wrath of many... some may be my friends who were very strangely, unhappy that i am living a gleeful life... some are complete strangers whom i may not even have met like mr anonymous who left a rather vicious comment months ago... and now, dude fellow... this is absolutely preposterous... and of course, saddening...

i am extremely flattered by such attention but... no, thank you...
